Hampden Village Main Street has launched our third annual Facade Improvement program. You may have noticed the many facade improvements that have been implemented or are currently underway within Hampden Village. Through the program, physical improvements to the front facades of commercial buildings in the designated area are eligible for partial funding.

Attractive storefronts and front building facades with engaging window displays, effective signage and proper lighting will contribute significantly to creating a magnet for customers. An entire commercial district that works toward this goal will experience increased property values and pedestrian traffic, and a more loyal clientele. The improved visual quality of the neighborhood will not only be a source of pride for Hampden residents but will also draw visitors to the commercial area.
